The bow is to take advantage of getting double skins from a kill. Now if you have the perk that gives you double skins and then land a kill either from Jess or your bow you should get 4 skins. I personally like finding a farm with cows and then I kill them for bait and then use the bait to bring a predator to me and then kill the predator.
Get Harvest master, Journey Pack, and Jess to go hunting. Taft lookout tower is THE nest place to make $$$ (just youtube FC5 money). Use the Furious homeopathic and the Speed one and you can just run around killing all the animals in one punch, then sell the hides. But thats kinda far so you'd need a plane/helicopter.
John first, then Jacob, last Faith. It feels right that way. Also you obviously get pushed to play John's Region first. I did: Johns region first obvs due to Boomer (goodest of boyos) and I literally did everything in that region before moving on to Jacob aka Conor Mcgregors region.
Throwing spears is pretty strong too. The fully upgraded spear will kill an izila heavy with 2 throws, and an Udam heavy with 1 throw. Level 3 and 4 spears will kill with 4 throws (Izila) and 2 throws (udam). Level 2 spear kills an izila heavy with 5 throws. bows are okay too. The first bow will kill an izila heavy with 8 shots.
